At NAB 2018, MAXON hosted "Women in Motion Graphics", a panel session designed to shed light on the challenges female motion designers face every day and what changes could be adopted in the industry to close the gender gap.

Moderator Tuesday McGowan, a multi-award winning creative director and designer, engaged panelists Penelope Nederlander, Julia Siemón, Caitlin Cadieux, Robyn Haddow and Sarah Wickliffe, in frank conversation about their career experiences, some of the gains women have made to achieve recognition and gender parity, and further ways the industry can be more inclusive.
